    Myron Barger, 94 of Blairsville, PA, passed away on Friday, April 12, 2024 at Scenery Hill Manor, Indiana, PA.  He was born January 13, 1930 in Youngstown, OH, the son of the late Raymond Barger and Estella (Bartley) Barger.  Myron was a US Army veteran.  He was a registered nation surveyor.  Myron worked for over 50 years at TW Phillips gas company and also was president at Phillips Production Company for 6 years and continued doing consulting work after retirement.  He loved golfing, hunting, reading and spending time with his family.

    He is survived by his wife, Joyce Ann (Cecconi) McBurney Barger, Blairsville, PA; daughter, Susan Wolf, Gibsonia, PA; daughter, Rebecca Snyder & husband, Brad, Indiana, PA; grandchildren, Michael Wolf and Elizabeth Wolf; step-daughters, Cheryl Groves and Bobbie McBurney-Johnson; sister, Sandra Merchant, Butler, PA; nephews, Tim Barger, Washington, PA and Rick Barger, State College, PA

    Michael Fox (born Myron Melvin Fox, February 27, 1921 – June 1, 1996) was an American character actor who appeared in numerous films and television shows. Some of his most famous recurring roles were as various autopsy physicians in Perry Mason, as Coroner George McLeod in Burke's Law, as Amos Fedders in Falcon Crest, and as Saul Feinberg in The Bold and the Beautiful.

    Fox was born in Yonkers, New York to Jacob Fox, an Austrian-born salesman, and his wife, the former Josephine Berkowitz. He was the youngest of four children, and the third son.[1]

    Career

    Michael Fox began acting in stage plays in southern California circa 1945. Through his scen endeavors, Fox met Harry Sauber who introduced him to Sam Katzman.[2]
