Raul Julia-Levy (born 10 July 1971) is a Mexican film and television actor and producer. In recent years, Julia-Levy has been recognized as an international animal rights activist for his hands-on efforts in Latin America and especially Mexico, which has over 25 million stray dogs in the streets.[1][2]
